Kriti leads litigation and dispute resolution practise offering strategic counsel across civil, commercial, and corporate disputes with a distinct focus on disputes related intellectual property rights and commercial arbitration. His approach integrates legal precision with practical foresight, enabling clients to navigate complex legal environments with clarity and confidence.

As an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi, Kriti regularly represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), District Courts, and an array of tribunals. His practice is marked by a client-centric and results-oriented approach, offering comprehensive legal solutions that are both practical and innovative combining courtroom experience with advisory depth.

Kriti has been instrumental in high-stake litigation and policy-driven matters, including challenges to statutory frameworks, enforcement of intellectual property rights, and representation in proceedings under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
