Amit Singh

Amit leads the firm’s Compliance and Contractual Services vertical, focusing on documentation, licensing, and regulatory readiness across IP-driven transactions. He brings over eight years of experience navigating legal audits, cross-border filings, and complex ownership structures.

His work spans confidentiality agreements, service contracts, licensing deals, and transactional support around the ownership, transfer, and commercialization of IP assets. Amit has overseen multiple mergers, collaborations, and due diligence exercises for marquee clients, supporting their legal teams through investor scrutiny, expansion, and regulatory filings.

He holds a Master’s in Intellectual Property Law and Management from National Law University, Delhi, along with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Law. He is a registered Indian Patent Agent. His affiliations include the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (India Group) and the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center (Young).

Known for his structured, outcome-focused approach, Amit works closely with startup founders, in-house counsels, and corporate leadership to build clarity around ownership, ensure licensing readiness, and meet compliance benchmarks across sectors.
